“My mother and I signed up to Animal Concern after they visited my school to talk to us about the cruelty of animal testing. My friend and I made a poster of a circus elephant in distress and we went to protest with AC outside the SECC as part of their campaign to ban animal circuses. Since then I’ve done what I can by sending regular donations and staying a member because I feel it’s a worthy cause in helping to prevent animal cruelty. My mother passed away 8 years ago now, but I know she’d be proud that I’m still an Animal Concern member.”
